WEA Planning worked with Greenway Architects to secure planning permission for extensions and alterations to a client's dwelling in Notting Hill, Kensington and Chelsea. The planning permission authorises the replacement the existing extensions and create new extensions across the rear of the property, install new windows to the rear and alter light wells to the front.  

The existing extensions were built without planning permission and created an unsightly addition to the house. Additionally, the windows were in a poor condition. We worked with the architects to devise a plan that would appeal to the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and create a contemporary and spacious addition to the property and improve the overall look of the building.
