A new Local Plan was adopted by the Council on 28th February 2018, replacing the Core Strategy 2011 and the Development Management Local Plan 2013. The Local Plan 2018 with London Plan forms the Development Plan for Hammersmith and Fulham.
New Planning Guidance Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) was also adopted on 28th February 2018 providing more detailed guidance on the application of the Local Plan 2018 policies.
