Since 2012 there has been substantial changes to the current Development Plan for the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames with Core Strategy 2012 being the main development plan document of it. The Core Strategy 2012 will be replaced by the new Kingston Local Plan 2019-2041 that has already begun to be produced by the Council and is expected to be adopted later this year.
