WEA Planning secured planning permission for a replacement two-storey rear extension and new two-storey infill extension for this dwelling in Hampstead Conservation Area.

WEA worked with Joe Wright architects (JWa) to devise the new extension, with the infill extension clad in Corten-steel for a subtle contemporary outlook.

WEA were able to demonstrate to LB Camden that the proposed development complemented the surrounding area and property, and was respectful of neighbouring properties.
